They are 0.25" wide, and can be made any length to fit any wrist.

Tips for measuring your wrist:
• Use a soft tape measure and wrap it tightly around your wrist behind the bone.
• Note the measurement in inches and subtract 0.5" or 1" depending on the size of the opening you would like.
